On Friday, Dec. 12, DanceWorks will have its third annual Community Christmas Concert in Elliot Lake.

The Christmas concert is being hosted by the North Shore Parents Association of Dance and will take place at the Collins Hall on Hillside Drive North.

But there is more than dancing in this show.

Kelsey Patry, a dance instructor at DanceWorks, says they wanted a greater variety than just dance.

As a result they will have vocal artists, musician, as well as choirs, including the Jewels and Gents headed by Ann Foy; the Villa Francaise des Jeunes band headed by school principal Dominique Jean; the Our Lady of Fatima School choir headed by Renee and Mark Frolick; along with vocalists Alec Letarte, Rick Gingras and a dance solo by Charlette Parsons while her brothe
