Disorderly conduct, Rockside Road
Police responded to a report of a man sleeping on the ground in front of a hotel at 2:11 a.m. Nov. 14. Police were unable to locate the man during the initial call, but he was later seen on the property and questioned by police. The man appeared intoxicated and falsely identified himself to police. He was reportedly uncooperative with police and hotel staff during the call, cursing at one of the officers at one point. The Michigan man was arrested and police found his wallet and ID showing he had actually given police his correct information, but dispatch had been unable to confirm it. He was also reportedly “apologetic and remorseful for his actions” during the booking process.
