A Christmas display at a church in Dedham, Massachusetts, is causing controversy, and parish leaders at St. Susanna Church are now deciding if its Nativity scene should be taken down.

The display raised eyebrows, as instead of showing Baby Jesus in the manger, the parish put a sign that said "ICE WAS HERE." Below it was a smaller sign saying, "The Holy Family is safe in our Church ... If you see ICE please call LUCE at 617-370-5023." LUCE is an immigrant justice network located in Massachusetts.
