A nearly 7,000-square-foot home on Nantucket has sold for $10.8 million to lead Massachusetts luxury-home sales for the week. It was joined by a second-place property also on Nantucket, which went for $7 million.

The top-selling home was 11 Eel Point Road, which was built in 1999 and renovated this year, according to the listing. It spans six bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a carriage house and pool. Its second floor provides Nantucket Sound views. The house was first listed in May for $12 million.
