ALAMO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A man reported missing from Alamo last month has been safely located following a three-week search by the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office. Authorities announced on Monday that Alphonse Luchiano Allegretti, 31, was found after he was reported missing on Nov. 19. Details about Allegretti's disappearance were not immediately available.
