Michigan contiues to inch closer to the top of the men's college basketball heap.
Michigan moved up one spot in Monday's updated Associated Press Top 25 rankings, racking up 19 first-place votes, but still trailing new No. 1 Arizona.
Michigan has rolled to an 8-0 start, which includes a title in the Players Era tournament in Las Vegas. Michigan's 101-60 victory over Rutgers in its Big Ten opener on Saturday was the Wolverines' third straight in which they eclipsed 100 points. Michigan has defeated its last five opponents by at least 25 points.
