NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A man was hurt early Monday at an abandoned public housing property in Nashville, according to police.

The Metro Nashville Police Department says a 43-year-old man was shot in the leg at an abandoned Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency property Monday morning.

The property had boarded-up windows and doors, according to police.

“He refused to answer detectives’ questions at the hospital,” a department spokesperson said.
