Freeze Watch Issued as another Cold Snip slips across the Southeast

Here comes another cold snap as we prepare for patchy frost and freezing temperatures. Patchy frost could occur tonight for inland southeast Georgia, with a Freeze Watch in effect and possible widespread frost Wednesday morning. Freezing temperatures may be seen along the state line and in inland southeast Georgia, while the rest of the area will experience a light coating of frost.

Temperatures will warm to near seasonal values Thursday and Friday with warmer temperatures this weekend.
