LANDER — Thursday morning, in a crowded room at the Dubois Branch Library, the Fremont County Library Board cast a series of three votes with one outcome: The Fremont County Library System, despite strong public opposition and unsettled legal questions, will remove all references to the American Library Association from its policies, handbooks, and other documents.
