Residents of a community terrorised by a notorious alleged serial killer are living in fear after the "monster" murderer faces a possible release over a decade after he carried out five murders.
Filiberto "N", also known as the Monster and Beast of Tamuín, has been accused of carrying out a string of killings in Tamuín, in the Huasteca Potosina region of San Luis Potosí, Mexico, between 2010 and 2014. Police linked a series of disappearances and murders to Filiberto, claiming he had selected, harassed, abducted and killed young girls and women in shocking local femicides.
He allegedly operated using multiple identities
