HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - If your weekend plans include some Christmas shopping in downtown Huntington, you’re in luck.

You can save on parking on city streets.

The city said this Friday and Saturday, as well as next Friday, Dec. 19, and Saturday, Dec. 20, you can park free of charge.

The free parking runs from 16th Street to 8th Street from Veterans Memorial Boulevard to 5th Avenue.
