HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A man with mental health issues who was reported missing earlier this week in Huntington has been located, city officials said.

Christian Winning, 29, was found on Wednesday afternoon.

According to a city spokesperson, Winning is safe. The Huntington Police Department thanked everyone who provided information and helped them find Winning.
