The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) is encouraging the public to exercise additional caution as Storm Bram approaches, bringing with it torrential rain and strong winds to various western regions of the UK, including Bristol and Plymouth. Storm Bram is set to strike on Tuesday, bringing intense winds and heavy rainfall, with further adverse weather expected on Wednesday.
