MILTON, Wis (WKOW) - A man from Milton has been charged with Operating While Impaired for the second time.

The Rock County Sheriff's Office responded to a single vehicle crash Monday night just before 9:00 p.m. on N. Serns road near Lukas La in Milton Township. The driver was taken to a local hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries.

According to a press release, The Chevrolet Silverado struck a tree, resulting in severe damage to the vehicle. It also says the driver showed signs of impairment. The crash remains under investigation.
