(WKYT) - A Kentucky woman convicted for her role in her mother’s death has been released from prison.

Stephanie Olsen was found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder in 2005 in the stabbing death of her mother, Diane Snellen, in 2002.

She was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Her boyfriend at the time, David Dressman, was also found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder.

Olsen had to serve 20 years before she was eligible for parole. Court documents show she was released Monday.
