BENGALURU: After the tragic incident in Bengaluru, where 11 people lost their lives in a stampede outside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium during the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) victory celebrations on June 4, the state government issued a notice to the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) asking it to submit a safety and capacity test report of the stadium.
