Santa has already started making Christmas deliveries.
He stopped by Uranium City on Friday as part of this year’s Santa in the North campaign .
The long-running initiative sees Santa travel to northern fly-in communities across Saskatchewan, bringing gifts, games and holiday cheer to remote places.
Once a bustling mining settlement, Uranium City is now home to just 80 residents.
During the winter months, the only way in or out of Uranium City is by ice road or an expensive plane ride, limiting access to visitors and supplies during the festive season.
