Snow began falling across Michigan on Monday, Dec. 8 , and is expected to continue on and off through at least Thursday Dec. 11, as a clipper system moves through the state.
By Thursday morning, Dec. 11, the eastern Upper Peninsulas and northwest Michigan could get up to 11 inches of snow for the week, although areas outside of the typical snow belts will see lighter snow amounts, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
