CINCINNATI —
A Cincinnati man has been charged after he allegedly was in possession of and distributed child sexual abuse material, according to Hamilton County court records.
According to an affidavit, Benjamin Naylor is accused of possessing two images of child sex abuse material on his personal cell phone. Advertisement
Records also allege Naylor distributed two videos of child sexual abuse material, also form his personal phone.
Court complaints describe at least one of the videos involved sexual acts being performed on an infant.
Naylor has been charged with three counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, all second-degree felonies, and one count of illegal use of minor in nudity oriented material (F5).
