WARREN COUNTY, Ohio —
A local teenager is speaking out about the dangers of distracted driving.

Investigators say wife and mom of two Lisha Graham was killed after a driver ran through a stop.
The driver, 60-year-old Malika Sary, is now charged with a Misdemeanor for Vehicular Manslaughter.
With the holidays here, daughter Kirah says she wants drivers to hear this story and drive a little safer because of it, so they aren't the reason another family has an empty seat at the table.
"My mom's name was Lisha Graham, and she was quite possibly the brightest ray of sunshine I ever got to meet," says daughter Kirah Graham.
