This week, the Campbell County community will honor and recognize lives and service of the veterans who are no longer with us as part of the 2025 National Wreaths Across America Day.

On Saturday, the Campbell County chapter of Wreaths Across America will be holding a remembrance ceremony at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery at 11 a.m. Wreaths will be laid at the graves of veterans buried there. Representatives of both the Gillette City Council and the Campbell County Board of Commissioners will be in attendance.

Both the Gillette City Council and the Campbell County Board of Commissioners have issued letters of proclamation for Wreaths Across America earlier in the year, alongside the Wright City Council.

Additional remembrance ceremonies are set to take place at 4 p.m. Friday at First National Bank,
