DUBUQUE, Iowa — The Grand Harbor Resort in Dubuque has a new owner. The Dubuque County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the hotel was sold at auction to Riddles Group, Inc. for just over $7.5 million.

The Dubuque City Manager noted that while the city was not involved in the sale, they were familiar with Brett Riddle of Riddles Group, Inc.

The hotel reassured the community and guests that business will continue as usual. However, guests can expect new initiatives, renovations, and experiences in the future.
