WATERLOO, Iowa — The Waterloo Police Department celebrated a significant milestone as three new officers were sworn into the department, bringing the force to full staffing levels. City leaders and community members gathered to welcome the new recruits, marking a momentous occasion for the local police force.

Chief of Police Robert Duncan expressed his enthusiasm about reaching full staffing, stating, "Yeah for us it's a great point in the Waterloo police department history to get us back to fully staffed."
