LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — Over 800 exhibitors are showcasing agricultural technology, including drones coded for farming applications, at the three-day Nebraska Ag Expo continuing at the Sandhills Global Event Center.
The expo is expecting 20,000 people this year and has been at the event center for over 15 years. The event has grown to now fill up every building at the center.
Organizers say the expo has a waiting list and grades each exhibitor to decide who gets to show off their products at the event each year.
With a lot of focus being on a lack of income for farmers this year, organizers have tailored programming to address marketplace challenges through specialized talks and panel discussions.
