Tuesday brought another winter storm to Minnesota, dropping several inches of snow in central and northern parts of the state, and a relatively sizable dusting in the Twin Cities.

Thick snow fell at rates at times of 1.5-2 inches per hour on Tuesday afternoon, causing major problems on roads across the state.
