A Liverpool restaurant in a village where 'everybody knows each other' is celebrating a special milestone. Ekta Rai, 42, from Kensington, runs Tathastu in Woolton Village, alongside her husband Digamber Singh. The Thai restaurant has been up and running for almost a year, with its first birthday fast-approaching on December 21.
Etka described the first few months in business as "wow" while she expressed her gratitude for her customers. She told the ECHO : "You know what, it's been 22 plus years now I've been working in the industry so that's how it is. I've always been working in the industry. It was my dream to do something of my own.
