A three-year-old girl was told she had a brain tumour after suffering from what doctors believed was just an ear infection. During lockdown when Chloe Kefford, now nine, started being sick and struggling to balance, it was put down to an ear infection . Chloe was given antihistamines - but her health never improved.
Tests eventually revealed her symptoms were caused by a tumour that was growing on her brain. She was only three-and-a-half when doctors found a brain tumour on her optic nerve in 2020 and she underwent life-saving open brain surgery.
