Sunjay Kapur case update: A fresh twist has emerged in the high-profile legal battle surrounding the multi-million-dollar estate of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur. His widow, Priya Sachdev Kapur, has approached the Delhi High Court to argue that it does not have the authority to restrain her from dealing with assets located in the United States and the United Kingdom.

The dispute stems from a petition filed by Kapur’s children from his previous marriage to actor Karisma Kapoor. The children, Samaira and Kiaan, represented by their mother as legal guardian, have alleged that Priya forged Sunjay Kapur’s will. The contested estate is reportedly valued at nearly Rs 30,000 crore, making the case one of the most closely watched inheritance battles in recent times.
