Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, fugitive owners of the ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’ nightclub in Goa where 25 people lost their lives in a deadly blaze , have approached a court in Delhi for a pre-arrest bail. The development comes as authorities continue efforts to bring the brothers back to India from Thailand to face charges related to the tragic incident.

The brothers, against whom an Interpol Blue Corner Notice has been issued, filed the pre-arrest bail plea in the Rohini Court.

As authorities have widened their probe into the tragic incident, the Goa Police has written to the regional passport office in Delhi seeking the immediate revocation of passports belonging to Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, who are currently in Phuket, Thailand.
