SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - It’s a very cold start to our Wednesday with many temperatures below freezing.

Patchy fog and freezing temperatures are leading to frost this morning. Give yourself extra time to scrape your windshield and defrost before heading out!

After our cold start in the 20s and 30s, we’ll warm to the 50s by lunchtime. Afternoon highs will top out near 60 degrees with abundant sunshine overhead. A front will move through today, leading to wind gusts of 15-20 miles per hour this afternoon and evening.

Breezing conditions overnight will prevent frost on Thursday morning. Temperatures will start out warmer on Thursday with lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Quiet weather continues with sunshine and highs only in the mid 50s.
