1. Granola and Protein Bars

Granola has long carried “health food” status, but most packaged versions are loaded with more than just nutritious oats. Many are coated in chocolate, mixed with candied pieces, or glazed with sweeteners. Portion sizes for granola can also be misleading. Labels usually list a 1/3- to 1/2-cup serving, but it’s easy to pour more when you're eyeballing it.
