DETROIT. (WILX) - The Detroit Lions got a big 44-30 victory over the Cowboys in Week 14, and Detroit’s defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad was honored for his performance in the win.

Muhammad totaled up 3.0 sacks, which was the most by an individual player in Week 14, and was named the NFC Defensive Player of the Week.

Muhammad now has a career-high 9.0 sacks so far this season, along with 16 quarterback hits and seven tackles for loss.

Detroit now heads to face the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET.
