DALLAS — Dallas Mavericks center Dereck Lively II will undergo season-ending surgery on his right foot, the team announced Wednesday.

Lively missed more than two months last season due to a stress fracture in his right ankle. He previously had surgery on the foot in July to clean out bone spurs, according to ESPN .

The Mavericks said Lively will have surgery on his foot this time by Dr. James Calder at the Fortius Clinic in London.

Lively is expected to make a full recovery and be available for the start of training camp, the team said in a release.
