TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police units were seen in pursuit of a U-Haul van in west Toledo Wednesday afternoon.

Video captured by WTOL 11 shows the van leading a police chase on Central Avenue near Monroe Street. Multiple TPD units followed the U-Haul van, which was missing at least one tire while driving through nearby traffic.

According to Toledo police, officers responded to the 3200 block of Northwood in reference to a report of an adult being held against his will. On Dec. 10, Lucas County 911 reported receiving a call reporting that the adult male had been kidnapped and held at gunpoint.
