Imphal, December 10 2025: The Department of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of Manipur, has announced the conduct of District Youth Festivals across Imphal West, Bishnupur, and Kakching as part of its continued efforts to promote youth talent, cultural heritage and creativity.

In a separate release issued by the Department of Youth Affairs & Sports Officer of the three districts, the District Level Youth Festival for Imphal West will be held on December 15, 2025 at Khuman Lampak Youth Centre.
