RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WSMV) - A crash involving a pedestrian has closed Interstate 840 in Rutherford County, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT).
TDOT said the westbound lanes of I-840 are closed at mile marker 56. Additionally, emergency vehicles are blocking one eastbound lane.

There are no details on injuries at this time. The Tennessee Highway Patrol said troopers are on the scene investigating.
