ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Multiple agencies are responding to a scene in Decatur, according to DeKalb County police.

Police said the agencies responded to the area of Redwing Circle on Wednesday night.

There is a large police presence in the area, where barricades are blocking some residents from their homes.
