ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A well-known chain restaurant in Atlanta failed to make the grade on its most recent routine health inspection.

Longhorn Steakhouse on Cobb Parkway in Atlanta scored 61 points and a U for unsatisfactory. The report said shrimp, cheese and butter were at unsafe temperatures; multiple pans of raw steaks were uncovered in the cooler; and salmon plated for a to-go order was undercooked.

“I have no comment, but I have a number if you would like one,” a Longhorn Steakhouse manager said.

Moments later, the manager said she had corrected the violations.

In a statement, Longhorn Steakhouse’s corporate office said the health and safety of guests and staff is very important.
