KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - WVLT partner WIVK has announced it is hosting its annual St. Jude Country Cares radiothon this week.

WIVK said the radiothon will run from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Dec. 11 and Dec. 12. It will raise money to ensure St. Jude families never receive a bill for things like treatment, travel, housing or food.

Those wishing to donate should tune in to WIVK and call 1-800-201-8883 to make their pledge.

“Every donation makes a difference, and your generosity helps St. Jude continue its groundbreaking research and provide world-class care to children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases,” WIVK said.
