There's a brand new baby at Chester Zoo, and it might just be the cutest baby animal I've ever seen! Kitawa, a Goodfellow's tree kangaroo, has, according to the good folks at Chester Zoo, "been keeping a secret" — her tiny joey! Chester Zoo recently got a peek of the new baby Goodfellow's tree kangaroo poking out of mama's pouch while Kitawa calmly munched on some mango, and, lucky for us, shared it on their social media. Kitawa looks like she's doing very well, and the baby? — Well, the baby is beautiful. As someone commented on social media, "Baby came out slaying . . . with a fresh pair of lashes!!" Baby does, indeed, have some gorgeous eyelashes!

The new cutie isn't Kitawa's first baby — she gave birth in early January 2023 to the first Goodfellow's tree kangaroo joey ever to be born
