Rob Gronkowski has already retired from the NFL multiple times, seemingly for good after signing a one-day contract with the New England Patriots in November.

The 36-year-old former tight end hasn’t played an NFL game in nearly four years and seems to have moved on with his life. With Philip Rivers coming out of retirement to join the Indianapolis Colts this week at age 44, however, would Gronkowski ever consider something similar?

On Wednesday, the four-time Super Bowl champ told NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero and Judy Battista what it would take for that to happen .
