An advocacy group has filed a complaint of judicial misconduct over the appearance of Emil Bove, federal appeals court judge, at a Pennsylvania rally held by President Donald Trump.

Newsweek was unable to reach Bove—of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and former personal attorney to the president—or the judge’s office for comment late Wednesday.
