Although Brian Walshe admitted to dismembering his wife Ana Walshe's body and lying to police about it, his defense says he didn't murder her.

Instead, they say he found her dead and panicked. And they plan to put a couple of expert witneses on the stand who specialize in sudden and unexpected death to make their case.

As for the prosecution, they believe officer testimony, surveillance video and loads of DNA evidence were enough to make their case that he is responsible. And before resting their case Wednesday , they brought emotional testimony.
