TORONTO — No, it’s not the trade deadline. No, there won’t be a rush of deals, if any.

But Monday is an important date in opening up this season’s transactions window. A total of 82 NBA players become trade eligible Dec. 15, the result of the window closing on the period that most summer-signed free agents can’t be flipped.

It means that 90% of the NBA can be moved. And there are three Knicks who will join the group:
