Agartala, 11 th December 2025: A one-year-old child who went missing near Shishu Bihar School in Agartala yesterday was swiftly rescued following a coordinated police operation by West Agartala Police Station. The incident brought relief to the child’s family and residents of the area.

Initial confusion arose over the child’s age, with police first reporting the missing infant as one month old. Subsequent investigation clarified that the child was one year old.

Speaking to the media personnel here, West Agartala Police Station OC Rana Chatterjee said the child suddenly disappeared from outside Shishu Bihar School.
