A DoorDash driver who went viral for posting a TikTok video of an unconscious, half-naked customer, claiming she was sexually assaulted by his appearance, has been arraigned on felony charges.

Olivia Henderson, 23, who is known for being in front of the camera on TikTok, shielded her face from cameras in Oswego City Court in Oswego, N.Y., on Thursday, reported news outlet WSYR . She is accused of posting a video show through a front door of a half-naked man passed out on his couch when she delivered a meal to him on Oct. 12.

Henderson initially filed a police report, claiming the incident had been sexual harassment. However, she was arrested in November and charged with unlawful surveillance and dissemination of surveillance images.
