CANTON, Ohio — Canton police say a 19-year-old man has turned himself to face charges related to the September shooting death of 41-year-old Jake Young.
According to a release, Cam'ryn Croston of Canton turned himself in Wednesday evening at the Stark County Jail. He has been charged with murder and aggravated burglary.
On Sept. 2, police were called to a home in the 1600 block of St. Elmo Ave. NE for a welfare check. When they arrived, officers found Young dead from a gunshot wound.
The Canton Police Department said the case remains under investigation.
