LIBBY — Lincoln County has been inundated by rain, causing flooding that has closed roads and washed out bridges.
The Lincoln County Commissioners and the City of Troy declared a state of emergency on Thursday, while Gov. Greg Gianforte issued an executive order declaring a flooding disaster.

A shelter for evacuees is open at Wilkinson Hall at the Libby Assembly of God Church on Collins Avenue in Libby.
Red Cross volunteers and supplies are on site and ready to support anyone who needs assistance.
Red Cross services are free and available to all.
People who need to evacuate large animals can take them to the rodeo grounds at J. Neils Memorial Park on Montana
