CHARITON COUNTY, Mo - A Fayette man will make his initial court appearance next month in Chariton County for drug and weapon charges.
According to a probable cause statement, 18-year-old Corbin Tucker was a passenger in a pickup truck driving recklessly through Keytesville on November 21st. A Chariton County Deputy was able to conduct a traffic stop on the truck.
The driver was found to be intoxicated. Three baggies containing cocaine were found in the passenger seat in front of Tucker. Two additional baggies and a rolled-up dollar bill containing cocaine were also located in the center console. A firearm was also found in the back seat along with numerous alcohol containers.
Tucker faces one count each of felony possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful use of
