CARROLLTON — The Carrollton City Council meets in regular session Monday.

The council will discuss an a conditional use permit for a structure on 210 N. Main St.

They then plan to approve an ordinance adopting the Carroll County Multijurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. There will be a closed session to address personnel matters.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at Carrollton City Hall.
